Grinding

The entire workstation features a fully sealed design with a dust and water leakage channel at the bottom. Water, polishing fluid, and dust mix and fall into the base for coolant filtration and circulation. The flexible end effector gripper, constant force grinding electric spindle, and narrow belt mill are automatically changed via quick-change. The system utilizes self-developed offline programming software, which includes workpiece model import , toolpath generation , force – position co-optimization , robot grinding trajectory planning and simulation , robot post-processing, and grinding and polishing process monitoring (with real-time robot position feedback and correction).
